In person - Prenatal Yoga

Group classes (in studio)

Congratulations on your pregnancy

Whether you are new to a yoga practice or not, joining a Prenatal yoga class has so many benefits in store for you!

Prenatal yoga will help you to ease back pain and other common pregnancy ailments, such as pelvis issues, muscles tightness, digestion and fatigue.

In my yoga for pregnancy classes, you will practise:

  • postures developing strength, flexibility, balance

  • stretches

  • breathing techniques

  • meditation/relaxation (with a French accent)

  • connection with other mums-to-be in a nurturing space

Yoga for Mama teaches in-person group Prenatal yoga classes in a few studios/places around Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

You can find me at Aura in Redhead, Twine Yoga Studio in Adamstown and the Australian Children's Chiropractic Centre in Warners Bay (and in Hamilton for Birth Ready Yoga, a 5-week body and mind preparation for birth)
