An exclusive 5-week program mixing yoga and birth preparation. This program is more than prenatal yoga sessions.

BIRTH READY YOGA PROGRAM

Get Ready for birth

The aim of the program is to prepare your body and mind for your labour and birth.

It incorporates movements, breath work, sounds and meditation so you can feel nurtured, recharged, empowered, confident and relaxed (to name a few!).

It gives you practical resources for an active and positive birth.

A time for body wisdom and connections

This program allows you to connect to your deep self, intuition and body wisdom.

It is a beautiful opportunity to connect with your baby and a wonderful way to find emotional support from a community of other mamas-to-be.

Each week, we will explore different themes to approach birth with confidence, strength, calm and trust.

Who is this for?

This program can be done on its own or as a complement to yoga for pregnancy classes. It is held in a safe and supporting environment, whatever your yoga history or birth choices are.

It is best suited for mamas in their late 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnancy.

Classes are adapted for mamas working with physical discomforts, so don't let your pain get in the way of joining.

Certified fertility and perinatal yoga teacher, mama of two

Becoming a mum is one of the most transformative experiences a woman will go through (physically, hormonally, emotionally, mentally, socially...). My mission is to guide and support you during your journey with breath, mindful movement, connection and love.

If I do what I do today, it is thanks to my own matrescence. I knew for a while that my purpose in life was not in my former career. I enjoyed it, but something was missing. My first pregnancy sparked my transition to working with women, and doing my yoga teacher training while 26 pregnant showed me the path I would take to do so. This is how Yoga for Mama was born.
