I was 26 weeks pregnant with my first daughter when I undertook my initial yoga teaching training. I immediately knew that I would look to deepen my knowledge and specialise in perinatal yoga, as I felt wonderfully connected and in tune with my emotions, body and baby. Fast forward a couple of years (and just after giving birth to my second daughter), I qualified as a Pre and Postnatal yoga teacher. I have since pursued my studies in fertility yoga, to support women through their conception journey.
As for many women, my matrescence changed my priorities and pushed me towards being (and working) with integrity. I am dedicating my energy and passion to guiding women in their motherhood journey, through breathing, movement, connection and love. Being myself a mum of 2, I like to tap into my own story, birth and mothering experiences during my classes and make sure mamas are supported, held and listened to.
My purpose is to create a safe, supportive and nurturing environment to promote women's physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. My approach consists in offering gentle sessions and providing women with tools to calm their nervous system, slow down, enjoy their pregnancy, prepare for birth, heal and embrace motherhood. My classes go beyond a standard yoga practice, as they are tailored to suit and address the specific needs and wants of women trying to conceive (TTC), pregnant women and new mums, as well as women who experienced loss.
I am also a family and kids yoga teacher and love helping little ones discover their body through movement, dance and play, while learning to welcome and work with their emotions through breathing.
Here is my biography in a nutshell! If you have any questions or want to see how I can support you, let's chat.
