Welcome to a day of peaceful connection, mindful movement, and creative expression designed for mothers-to-be. Whether you’re new to yoga or have practised before, this retreat offers a supportive environment to nourish your body, mind, and spirit during this transformative journey that is pregnancy and motherhood.
Four Retreats, Aligned with Nature’s Solstices and Equinoxes
Come and join me for a prenatal retreat celebrating the change of seasons. During your time together, I will offer you a gentle yoga practice, help you replenish with some restorative yoga, and guide you through a grounding meditation. The day will invite you to reflect, journal, and create, as we will do some beautiful (and easy!) crafting together. A wonderful opportunity for you to slow down, find some well-deserved me-time, connect with yourself, your bub and an amazing community of mamas in the same season of life.
What to expect
This unique day retreat combines prenatal yoga, breathing exercises, guided meditation, and crafting to help you embrace the joys of pregnancy with grace, relaxation, and creativity. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and connected to your body and your baby.
Morning Session: CIRCLE AND YOGA
Pregnancy circle: Begin your retreat by introducing yourselves, sharing about your hopes (and fears). A beautiful way to connect and ground yourselves for the day ahead.
Gentle Prenatal Flow: Continue with a mindful prenatal yoga flow to release tension, explore your range of motions and enjoy stretching your changing body. Modifications will be offered to keep you comfortable and safe.
Visualisation Practice: Use visualisation to create positive and empowering thoughts as you prepare for your birthing journey. This will prepare you for your crafting session.
MIDDAY Creative Crafting Session
AUTUMN RETREAT: Craft Your Birth Vision Board: Envision what you want for your birth and motherhood and create a beautiful vision board. This art will be a reminder of your values, needs and wants as you prepare for baby to arrive. You can create art for baby’s room if you prefer.
WINTER RETREAT: Craft Your Birth Affirmations: Tap into your creativity and make your very own set of empowering birth affirmations. You can then use these personalised cards in your birth space or in baby’s room.
SPRING RETREAT: Mama & Baby Crafting: Create a beautiful keepsake for you and your baby.

AFTERNOON Meditation & Relaxation
Breathing Techniques: Learn powerful breathing techniques (Pranayama) that can help you reduce stress, calm the mind, and prepare for labour.
Guided Meditation: Engage in a peaceful meditation to connect with your inner self and your baby.
